What services do you offer?

I offer a few different services. I make custom diecast models for police, fire, and EMS. I can do 1/24, 1/43, and 1/64 Scale models.
I offer painting services for 1/24 and 1/43 scale models.

Getting started is easy. Go to the custom shop. You can contact me directly or look through the website to find ideas for your custom model.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
I usually ship via UPS with tracking numbers. If you would like to purchase additional insurance from UPS (highly recommended), I can provide a quote for that service. Very rarely will I ship USPS or FedEx. All packages come with insurance due to the fragile state of the model.
If your package or model gets damaged during shipping, please contact me right away. I will require pictures of the damaged model and box. I will submit a claim to either USPS or UPS for reimbursement. Once the money is received, I will refund you the amount they sent me. If your model cost $125 and they only refunded $100, you will receive $100.
Yes and no; it all depends on the changes, modifications, or add-ons. Please email me ASAP with the request.
